Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that suffice would it be for the disposal of this writ petition if this writ petition is treated as a representation to be decided by the respondent No.2 keeping in mind the sickness of the student at the relevant time due to which the student could not fulfil the minimum attendance requirement during the VIIth Semester.

Having heard learned counsels for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.2 may treat this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the student and the same will be W.P.(C) No.10017/2019 Page 1 of 2

decided by respondent No.2 as early as possible and practicable, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Semesters VIII, IX and X have already been cleared by the petitioner without there being any deficiency in the attendance. These aspects may be appreciated by the respondent No.2.

The writ petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid observations. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to move this Court again in case of any difficulty.

CM APPL. No.41442/2019 In view of the order on the writ petition, no further orders are required to be passed on this application.

The same stands disposed of accordingly.
