% 10.03.2017 Present writ petition has been filed challenging certain clauses of the Catering Policy 2010.

Admittedly, a new Catering Policy 2017 is in vogue. A photocopy of the new Policy handed over by learned counsel for respondents is taken on record. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. In the event, the petitioner wishes to challenge the new Catering Policy 2017, it is open to the petitioner to do so in accordance with law. The rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
