This application seeks extension of the time fixed by the order dated 12 March 2024 for compliance with the directions contained in the orders passed in WP (C) 13859/2021.

Mr. Jetly, learned CGSC appearing for the petitioners acknowledges that the order dated 12 March 2024 in CONT. CAS (C) 743/2022 was carried in appeal to the Supreme Court by way of Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s). 38261/2024. The Supreme Court has declined to interfere with the order passed by this Court. Besides, we are told that an application has been moved for revival of the contempt petition, following the order passed by the Supreme Court and the Court which is in seisin of the contempt petition has directed the petitioners to file a status report within a period of four weeks, with further directions in the event that the report is not filed.

In these circumstances, we cannot change the time fixed by this Court in its order dated 12 March 2024 in CONT. CAS (C) 743/2022. 5.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
