O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 484/2024 1.

This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal ["the Tribunal"], which is in seisin of disputes between the parties.

The Tribunal was constituted pursuant to an order dated 24.05.2022 passed in ARB.P. 276/2022. The mandate of the Tribunal expired on 30.05.2024.

I am informed that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence. Mr. Dhruv Chawla, learned counsel, appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 3, and consents to the extension of the mandate of the Tribunal.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the Tribunal is extended for a period six months from today.
