The present petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of Complaint Case N.I. Act No. 4105/2023, titled Madan Mohan Sharma Vs. Govind Prasad Sharma pending before Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate-West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to Ld. Metropolitan MagistrateNorth West, Rohini Courts Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petition was filed before Ld. MM West, Tis Hazari Courts, whereas it should have been filed in North West District, Rohini Courts Delhi. The summoning order has yet not been passed.

In view of the submissions made, Ld. CMM, West, Tis Hazari Courts is directed to send the complete case file of Complaint Case N.I. Act No. 4105/2023, titled Madan Mohan Sharma Vs. Govind Prasad Sharma to Ld. CMM, North West, Rohini Courts Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.
