Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interregnum, the defence of the petitioner herein has also been struck off and he wants to assail the abovesaid subsequent order also.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file the petition afresh while also assailing subsequent order dated 03.06.2025, whereby his defence was struck off.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 4.
