Petitioner herein challenges order dated 20.05.2025 whereby while hearing further arguments on the appeal filed by the respondent No.1 herein i.e. DDA, the learned First Appellate Court has also directed that operation of impugned order shall remain stayed.

The next date before the learned First Appellate Court is stated to be 05.06.2025.

Since the Court has already heard substantial arguments, this Court does not want to interfere in the matter.
