3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondents by way of a comprehensive representation/ representations seeking benefits under the Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme, in accordance with the decision of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.2016/2020 titled "Union of India & Ors. vs. M.V. Mohanan Nair".

4. In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. It is further directed that in case, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. representation/representations are made by the petitioners within six weeks from today, the same will be decided by the respondents within twelve weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
