1. After making some submissions, Mr. Praveen Suri, counsel for the Petitioners, states that he would like to withdraw the petition and argue the grounds urged today, before the MACT Court where the case bearing MACT No.633/2023 is pending.

2. In light of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is clarified that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case. Any such grievance urged by the Petitioner referred above, shall be considered by the concerned Court on its own merits in accordance with law.
