The solitary grievance which is raised is in respect of a continued detention of goods which were imported and detained pursuant to the respondents taking the position that they had been undervalued.

In view of the limited nature of the grievance which is raised, we dispose of the instant writ petition by providing that the Deputy Commissioner shall duly examine the application of the petitioner dated 07 May 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today.
