This contempt petition has been preferred alleging non-compliance of orders dated 6th October 2021, 22nd June 2022 and 4th July 2022 delivered in W.P.(C)11482/2021.

Having perused all three orders, we hardly see any directions issued of which the alleged act of contempt, at the behest of respondents, can be inferred.

As such, we see no reason to conclude that the respondents have acted in defiance of the aforesaid orders.

That being said, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present contempt petition, having noted that there is no contempt, observed by this Court.
