% 09.02.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the captioned petition and the applications filed therewith and instead seeks liberty to move a fresh application before the executing court for sending the judgment debtor to civil prison and for such purposes issuance of warrant of arrest while getting the subsistence allowance to be paid by the decree holder also determined.

The captioned petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted. Dasti.
