Learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) submits and undertakes, on instructions, that all the monetary entitlement of the petitioner, in terms of the directions contained in the judgment/order dated 04.12.2019 passed in W.P.(C) 12059/2019 shall be paid latest by 31.03.2026. Taking the said statement on record, the present petition is disposed of.

Let a compliance affidavit be filed by the MCD within a period of four weeks from today.
