The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that an offence under Section 307 IPC be also added in addition to the offences as mentioned in the FIR and the investigation be expedited. 2.

The learned APP appearing for the State submits that the chargesheet has already been filed and the matter is now listed before the Trial Court on 19.10.2019.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner for making an appropriate application before the Trial Court. 4.
