The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Order XLIII of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Section 10 of Delhi High Court Act, 1996 against the order dated 28.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in O.A. No. 159/2024 in CS(OS) No. 515/2022, Prakhar Gupta vs. Sandeep Maheshwari & Ors. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant after arguing for some time and upon realising that the Bench is not inclined in his favour seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal. 3.

The Appeal along with pending applications, if any, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
