The present petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "a) Pass an order cancelling the Anticipatory Bail granted to the Respondent No. 2 vide order dated 09.09.2016 in the FIR No. 392 of 2016 registered at PS Anand Vihar under Sections 509/506/354D of IPC and Section 12 of POCSO.

b) Pass any such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law with respect to order dated 03.06.2023 passed by the learned Trial Court.
