The Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 has been filed against the judgment dated 02.09.2022 in CS No.613240/2016 whereby the application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC filed by the Revisionist has been allowed but in addition directions have been given to the Revisionist to deposit Rs.14 lakhs in the Court.

Learned counsel along with the Revisionist submits that the receipt of Rs.14 lakhs is disputed. Moreover, the Revisionist is not in a position to deposit the entire amount and would result in unwarranted hardship which may unable him even in contesting the suit on merits.
