O R D E R

% 12.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking parole for the reasons mentioned in the petition. One of such reason is that he wishes to file an SLP against the dismissal of his appeal which had been dismissed by this Court on 11.10.2017.

Nominal roll of the petitioner reflects that the petitioner is a convict under Section 459 read with Section 34 of the IPC. The sentence of RI 5 years had been reduced by the Appellate Court to 3 years. The fine had also been modified. The nominal roll further reflects that as on 26.01.2018 the petitioner has undergone incarceration of 1 year and 8 months which includes remissions earned by him. His jail conduct is satisfactory. Status report filed by the State evidences and identifies that the address where the petitioner

and his family are stated to be staying is correct. The prayer made in the prayer is granted and the petitioner be admitted to parole for a period of four weeks to be counted from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant concerned. The petitioner shall surrender himself to the jail authorities immediately on the expiry of the aforenoted parole period of four weeks. He shall furnish his latest mobile number and residential address to the local SHO. He shall also report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.

A cop of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendant concerned for intimation to the petitioner.
