The solitary relief which is claimed in the instant writ petition is for framing a direction for expeditious disposal of a pending appeal. 2.
Bearing in mind the fact that the writ petitioner has failed to disclose any particulars in respect to the status of the Board of the concerned appellate authority as well as the pendency of matters of earlier vintage, we find no justification to frame any peremptory direction for out of turn disposal.
