Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 14th February, 2024 ['Settlement Agreement'], before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The same has been filed along with e-mails sent by the parties to Mediation Centre consenting to the said settlement terms. 2.
Counsel for Plaintiff is present in person and prays for the suit to be decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. Plaintiff and Defendant No.1, who appear through video-conferencing mechanism, confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.
The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. In terms of settlement agreement, a payment of INR 50,000/- has been made by the Defendants to the Plaintiff.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
