The Petitioner's grievance with Respondent No.1 pertains to the insolvency petition bearing no. IB-637/ND/2021 titled 'Manufacture Et. Fabriquen De Montres Et Chronometres Ulysse Nardin Le Locle S.A. vs. Swiss Promotion'. He submits that the same has not been decided in an expeditious manner and the timeline for fulfilment of the mandate prescribed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, 2016 has not been adhered to.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and apply for expeditious disposal of the insolvency petition before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
