Mr. Hemant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to obtain instructions from the petitioner as her mobile is switched off. He submits that the same was the position on the previous date of hearing as well. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition.

Since the present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondent no. 2 on the ground that the respondent no. 2 is extending the threats to the petitioner, the concerned IO / SHO of the Police Station Mehrauli is directed that in the event any complainant is received from the complainant / prosecutrix or from any other witnesses, the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.

No further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of.
