The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner for grant of bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.243/2020 dated 08.10.2020, registered at Police Station Jagatpuri for offences punishable under Sections 380/420/467/468/471/120B/34 of IPC. 2.

Learned APP appearing for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that till the FSL report is not received, the custody of the Petitioner would not be required. 3.

On statement made by the learned APP, the present bail application is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to take all such remedies as may be available to the Petitioner in case FSL report shows that the signature on the cheque was that of the Petitioner.
