1. After making some submissions, Mr. Abhijat, counsel for the Petitioner, states that he would like to avail the remedy before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal ('TDSAT') in respect of cause of action urged in the present petition. Accordingly, he seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

2. In light of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is clarified that the Court has not dealt with the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
