This is a petition under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an arbitral tribunal for resolving the dispute between the parties with respect to the Dealership Agreement dated 24th September, 2020.

Ld. counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the reply has pointed out that qua the claim for which appointment of an Arbitrator has been sought, the Petitioner had already approached the Sole Arbitrator by way of a counterclaim. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving the Petitioner's remedies before the Arbitrator open. PRATHIBA M.
