O R D E R

% 15.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has settled the matter with respondent no. 1, inasmuch as has paid the settled amount; therefore, FIR No.141/2015 under Section 135 Indian Electricity Act, (Amend), 2003 registered at police station Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that matter has indeed been settled between the parties. He also admits that petitioner no. 1 has paid entire settled amount. 'No Dues Certificate' issued by the respondent no. 1 has been annexed with the petition as Annexure -

D. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he has instructions from the respondent no. 1 not to oppose quashing of the FIR. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 voluntarily, inasmuch as settled amount has already been paid, in the interest of justice, FIR No.141/2015 under Section 135 Indian Electricity Act, (Amend), 2003 registered at police station Neb Sarai and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
