Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constituting of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for issuing directions to the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial in FIR No.0266/2017.

It is submitted that though the FIR was of 2017, in which the Chargesheet has been filed in 2022. However, the trial has not proceeded, as the same is being stalled by the Petitioner on one pretext or the other. The Complainant has already addressed arguments on charge. Prayer is therefore, made that directions be given for expeditiously conclusion of trial. Submissions heard and record perused.

Petitioner there is no substantial progress in the case. 4.
