% 23.05.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 13.05.2024 of the Hon'ble Court for issuance of Probate in favour of petitioner subject to furnishing the Administrative bond, surety bonds & Court fees/Original Will.

Vide order dated 06.05.2025, R-2 was directed to appear through virtual mode for recording the statement. Today R-2 is present in Court through virtual mode for recording the statement.

Vide separate statement of R-2 recorded in this regard, she stated that she has no objection if petitioner, namely, Sh. Nikhil Sehgal who is an executor under the said Will, is exempted from furnishing Administrative bond and Surety bond for the issuance of Probate in respect of Will dated 18.07.2016.

Matter is coming up for hearing before the Hon'ble Court on 28.08.2025. Be placed accordingly.
