By way present joint application, the parties seek to take the Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024 on record and pass a Decree in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024. 2.

It is submitted in the application that the parties have jointly arrived at a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024 out of their free will and consent and without any undue influence, coercion, misrepresentation and duress.

The parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024.

The present application is signed by all the parties who are appearing through video conferencing and have endorsed the Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024.

Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024 is taken on record. 6.

The present Suit for Specific Performance and Permanent Injunction is hereby decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024 arrived at between the parties.

The Settlement Agreement dated 01.05.2024 shall form part of the Decree.

The Decree Sheet be prepared accordingly.
