Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to terminate the pregnancy of the Petitioner, who is 31 weeks and 3 days pregnant as on today.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the Petitioner does not want termination of the fetus as the mother of the Petitioner is inclined to keep the child.

It is stated that the Petitioner is being treated at Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital, Ashok Vihar, which is being run by the Delhi Government. Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital, Ashok Vihar, is requested to ensure that adequate treatment and care is given to the Petitioner to ensure safe delivery of the child.
