The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the Petitioner-Jalaludeen seeking production of his wife and children. 3.
The case of the Petitioner is that his wife left the matrimonial home in February, 2024 with their two children.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
