This application has been filed by respondent no.1 for release of Rs.5 lakhs, deposited by the petitioner in the Court pursuant to order dated 7th December 2021, along with accrued interest. This prayer is made considering settlement arrived at between the parties on 8th August 2024, which is on record of this Court.

There is no objection to the same by petitioner. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Registry shall release the amount of Rs.5 lakhs along with interest accrued thereupon in favour of respondent no.1 Monika Johari. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
