The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) seeking permission to withdraw BAIL APPLN. 2246/2024. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant submitted that in view of the changed circumstances, the applicant does not wish to press the aforesaid bail application. He prayed for leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Court concerned.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submitted that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the instant bail application. 4.

Having perused the contents made in the petition and in view of the no objection from the learned APP, the instant application is allowed.
