The present application has been filed under Section 439(1) read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 207/2019 registered at P.S. Narela under Sections 302/120-B/174A/34 of IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant without prejudice to his rights and contentions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with prayer seeking expeditious disposal of the trial pending before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above the application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
