This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner inter alia seeking a direction to suspend Respondent No.2, SHO Binda Pur Police Station and Respondent No.3, PSI, Binda Pur Police Station, alleging that they have intentionally and wilfully failed to perform their duties and deliberately not filed FIRs against Respondents No.4 to 12 despite written complaints by the Petitioner.

Order sheets indicate that Petitioner is unrepresented on the last two dates of hearing and even today, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner despite the matter having been called twice. It appears, the Petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the petition. Even otherwise, in law, the directions sought by the Petitioner to suspend Respondents No.2 and 3 cannot be issued by this Court in view of the settled law on this aspect by W.P.(CRL) 2335/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. As the Petitioner is not prosecuting the petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
