% 12.02.2018 CRL.M.A. 2631/2018 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking exemption from filing certified copies of the annexures. The same is allowed, subject to just exceptions.

The application is disposed of.

Crl.M.C. No. 729/2018 Vide the present petition petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 92/2013 under Sections 323/341/308/500/34 IPC of PS Shalimar Bagh stating to the effect that the settlement agreement has been arrived between the petitioners and respondent No.2 on 29.1.2018. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the said FIR in question itself indicates that there are a total of six persons who were

injured in the incident and respondent No.2/the complainant is only one of them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners now seeks to withdraw the present petition to bring on record the other injured persons as well and to seek redressal in accordance with law. In view thereof the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed.
