% 13.11.2024 CRL.M.A. 34023/2024 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 ('BNSS'), the petitioner/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition. Mr. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the matter is pending for framing of charges before the learned Trial Court and accordingly seeks liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for the same relief, at the appropriate stage.
In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed. The application stands disposed-of.
