The application under Section 438 read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of interim bail by one month.

It is submitted by the petitioner that he is still undergoing the treatment of various ailments from which he is suffering. The infection has now travelled to his left leg, which also needs medical attention.
