An updated status report has been filed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), as per which the sealing order passed on 09th March 2023, has been executed and the property was sealed on 12th September 2024. 2.

Further Watch and Ward letter dated 13th September 2024, was issued to SHO P.S. Chandni Mahal, stating that the demolition portion is not repaired and the seal is not tampered with.

Yet another letter dated 20th April 2023 was issued to authorities for disconnection of Electricity and Water Supply. 4.

Counsel for MCD states that action for demolition has been further fixed for 18th July 2025, 21st July 2025 and 22nd July 2025. 5.

Accordingly, SHO, P.S. Chandni Mahal is directed to provide the adequate police force to MCD for the said purpose. 7.

In view of this submission and the status report and the assurance given by counsel for MCD, the process will be carried out unabated. 8.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner for reviving the petition in case there is any further infraction. 9.
