This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: "a) Initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the Contemnor I Respondent herein and award punishment to her in accordance with Jaw due to the respondent's repeated deliberate, intentional and wilful disobeyance of the Settlement dated 31.01 .2023 in case bearing H.M.A No. 2294/2018, titled as "Shri Nand Kishore Sehgal VIs Smt. Madhu Sehgal" before the Counselling Cell, in the Court of Shri Raj Kumar Tripathi, Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi;

b) Divorce shall be granted as per the rule of law as respondent is not entitled to move back from the given statement in family court when the petitioner has already been tormented by the respondent since past Twenty Six years.

c) Costs of the present petition may also be awarded to the Petitioner;

d) Pass any other further order(s) which this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the respondent has come forward for the second motion and the decree of divorce has been granted.
