The present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed for the following reliefs- "i. Grant ad-interim ex-parte relief against the Respondents not to alienate, sell, dispose of or create any third party rights on 199 e-cars; and ii. Grant ad-interim ex-parte relief and direct the Respondent No. 2 to facilitate coordination for taking delivery of 199 e-cars as is admitted by the said Respondent in terms of its letter dated 21.02.2024 and email dated 18.03.2025; and iii. Grant ad-interim ex-parte relief and direct the Respondent No. 3 to handover/deliver the 160 e-cars to the Petitioner; and iv. Grant ad-interim ex-parte relief against the Respondents and/or any third party in whose possession the balance 39 e-cars are to be found; and Or in the alternate v.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as permissible under law.
