% 18.09.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the leave to defend has been granted, a finding has been returned by the Rent Controller that the petitioner has not disputed the ownership and landlordship of the respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not disputed the ownership and landlordship in respect of the tenanted premises, however, he had disputed the site plan and contended that the petition had been filed for incorrect premises. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise an appropriate objection qua the extent of the tenanted premises in the written statement.
