This is an application under Section 407(1)(C), 219, 220 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of cases arising out of FIR No.702/2004 registered at PS: Badarpur, FIR No.89/2005 registered at PS: Mandir Marg & FIR No.368/2006 registered at PS: Okhla from the Court of Mr. Nipun Awasthi, Ld. ACMM, Patiala House Courts to the Court of competent jurisdiction in Rouse Avenue Courts. 2.

Counsel for Petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the Petitioner H.B. Chaturvedi/ Accused has expired on 05.12.2022. 3.

In that view of the matter, the present petition has become infructuous and no order is required to be passed.
