This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking to withdraw the claim against the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 since the vehicle has already been released to the petitioner. 2.
Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the only prayer remaining is at prayer No. c which reads as under:- "c. Respondent No.3 to provide D.T. Number of vehicle No.DL-11CC-4969 to the petitioner for getting new engine number and chasis numbers of vehicle No.DL- 11CC-4969 and the respondent No.3 be also directed to provide the engine number and chasis number."

He states that he shall be satisfied if the respondent No.3 considers the petition as a representation and decides the grievance of the petitioner. 4.
