After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to appear before the learned Trial Court on the date already fixed i.e. 30th June, 2025. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In the meanwhile, we permit the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court on 16th June, 2025.

Till such time, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
