The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.394/2020 registered under Sections 332/461 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act at P.S. Jamia Nagar as well as the proceedings emanating therefrom.

A perusal of the proceedings placed on record would show that the petitioners are not yet summoned by the concerned court, however, the petitioners remained aggrieved with the order passed on 18.05.2024 vide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which the directions have been passed for disconnection of electricity. 3.
The matter is pending before the trial court at the stage of consideration of the chargesheet alongwith the condonation of delay, it is directed that till then the directions passed on 18.05.2024 qua the disconnection of electricity shall remain in abeyance. Needless to state in case of any other illegal activity coming to the notice of the authorities, this order shall not be a hinderance in taking due action.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
