The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the impugned Order dated 29.05.2025 passed by learned Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in Guardianship Petition No. 13/2025, seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Allow the present Petition and modify or set aside the Impugned order dated 29th May 2025 passed by Ld. Family Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi In G.P. No. 13 of20225 and allow the petitioner to have the temporary custody of the minor child Bhavya during her remaining summer vacation allowing her to stay with the petitioner in his residence while having no such hindrance and physical presence of the respondent, subject to any terms and conditions as deemed fit by the Honorable court.

Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case against the Respondent and in favour of the Petitioners."

The Petitioner, appears in person through video conferencing, and the Respondent is also present in person. 3.
The Petitioner is agreeable to an increase in the visitation time and if the same is done, the Petitioner submits that he will withdraw the present petition.

The Respondent submits that she has no objection if the Petitioner is permitted to be with the child uninterruptedly from 09:30 A.M. to 08:30 P.M. with effect from 06.06.2025 to 11.06.2025 at Delhi.

The order dated 29.05.2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
