The matter was dismissed after hearing the petitioner by order dated 04.07.2024 on the very first date of hearing. 2.
The SLP filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 04.07.2024 was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. 3.
By the present application, the applicant petitioner has sought to include the written submissions filed by him as part of the Court record.

The petition was disposed of on the basis of the pleadings as well as the arguments addressed before the Court. 5.
The petitioner claims that some written submissions were handed over to the Court.

It is a possibility that some documents may have been handed over during arguments but the same cannot be ascertained at this stage.
