It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that even in civil suit i.e., CS DJ 632/23 (in which order/s were passed, of which wilful disobedience is alleged by the petitioner), there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner / plaintiff on several dates of hearing. 4.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed. 5.

Needless to say, all legal rights and remedies of the petitioner qua proceedings/ orders passed in the aforesaid civil suit, are reserved.
