% 04.08.2016 After some arguments, it is agreed that Master Shiraz Zia will spend one week in Delhi during his summer vacations and spend as much quality time as possible with his sister Shabana Zia. Similarly, the sister Shabana Zia would also travel to Mumbai during the summer vacations and spend as much quality time as possible with her brother.

Both Master Shiraz Zia and Shabana Zia are at liberty to stay at a place of their choice when they visit Delhi or Mumbai It is agreed this arrangement will come into effect from 2017.

It is further agreed that if Miss Shabana Zia wants to visit her brother in Canada, it shall be open to her to speak to her father, who has agreed to make all arrangements.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the final order having been passed by the Bangalore Court, he does not wish to press the present contempt petition and pending applications any further.
